Error Recording with PSR

‘I can’t picture what you’re talking about’ or ‘I’ve never come across that before’– you’ve probably heard similar phrases from a support technician in the past. To be honest, I can’t really blame the technicians here. There are so many things that can go wrong with Windows, based on factors such as the Service Pack installed, that being aware of every exact error is pretty much impossible. Luckily, there is a way for you to show them exactly what is happening on yourPC.  Using a small, built-in Windows program called the Problem Steps Recorder(PSR), you can make a record of the steps that lead up to an error and everything that appears on screen. Find out how to document your errors using PSR in this article.
