- How do I log in to the website?
- Windows Advisor requires all subscribers to log in to the website using a valid password. The valid password changes with each issue and can be found on the front cover of your most recently printed issue. Type this password in on the right, where is says ‘Member’s Area Login’.If you have misplaced or cannot locate the latest issue, please call our Customer Services team on 01756 693180 or email us at cs@windowsadvisor.co.uk. To receive the latest password you will be required to give your customer number and full name and address.
- I haven’t received the latest password
- The latest password is printed on the front cover of each issue. If you have not received the latest issue then please call Customer Services on 01756 693180 or email us at cs@windowsadvisor.co.uk. To receive the latest password you will be required to give your customer number and full name and address.
- Can I speak to the Editor about a specific question or problem that I have?
- As a subscriber to Windows Advisor we offer a free Technical Support Hotline service by email. If you are a subscriber and would like a technical question answering then please fill out the Technical Support Hotline Form.
- How can I update my contact information?
- Contact our Customer Services team on 01756 693180 or by email cs@windowsadvisor.co.uk, being sure to quote your customer number and full name and address, and they will be happy to update your details for you.
- When will I receive my first issue?
- If you have just signed up to a 6 week trial of Windows Advisor, your trial pack will be sent out to you within the next couple of days.The next issue will be sent to you once you have completed your trial. These are sent to customers every 5-6 weeks.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- If, for any reason, you don’t wish to continue with Windows Advisor at the end of your free trial, then please let our Customer Services team know within 6 weeks of receipt of your trial pack (by phone, fax or email) and return your Windows Advisor to us. This will automatically stop the trial and you won’t owe a penny.If you wish to cancel your participation in the update service, please advise our Customer Services team (by phone, fax, email or by returning the most recent issue to us) and your participation will be cancelled.
Please note that cancelling your trial or participation in the update service also cancels your access to the free technical support and ability to download any articles from the website.

- I am not receiving any issues – what should I do?
- If you are a Windows Advisor subscriber and have not received the latest issue, please contact our Customer Services team on 01756 693180 or by email cs@windowsadvisor.co.uk, being sure to quote your customer number and full name and address.
- My binder is full – can I get another one?
- Additional binders are available from our Customer Services team and cost £10.50 for one binder or £19.00 for two binders (inclusive of postage and packaging). To request further binders please email cs@windowsadvisor.co.uk, being sure to include your customer number and contact details in the email.
