SearchMyFiles is a powerful alternative to Windows built-in search function that comes with an extensive list of configuration options. SearchMyFiles is packed with features on the main application window. The key features are accessed via the Search Options screen where you can select from different search modes. You can choose the folders to include in your search, and use wildcards to match missing characters, or exclude specific types of file. Additional search filters allow you to search based on the file size, attributes such as read only, system, hidden, archive, compressed, encrypted and data of creation or last access. All options can quickly be restored to their default values and saved to file for further processing.
