DirectX for Windows

DirectX is Microsoft’s multimedia subsystem for Windows and boosts graphics performance when using DirectX compatible applications. It is not only of interest for gamers, as many other programs use DirectX, such as video conferencing applications, to optimally display multimedia effects. DirectX can unfortunately be the cause of many problems: the different DirectX versions and its requirement to be closely integrated with the operating system and graphics card drivers create instabilities, errors and even crashes. But that doesn’t have to be the case: DirectX contains high-performance tools which you can use to quickly get to the root of a problem and get back your stable system for full multimedia enjoyment.
