Word: Print Address Labels with Mail Merge

One of the many useful features Microsoft Word offers is the ability to print sticky address labels. To use it, you always have to type the address yourself, and that’s fine for the odd label, but what if you need labels for a long list of addresses – perhaps to send invitations or Christmas cards, or to send newsletters to members of a club or society? A good choice is to use something known as ‘Mail Merge’. With your addresses saved in a list in an Excel spreadsheet, you can quickly generate labels for any or all of them in a flash – and without having to type them all every time!
