Email: Use Message Rules to Eliminate Spam

We all receive them: email messages we recognise instantly as junk and have no intention of reading. Our email programs obstinately keep them, though, either filing them away in the Junk folder or delivering them to the Inbox because they don’t look like traditional spam. When you know you won’t want to read them, wouldn’t it be better just to have them deleted straight away? That’s what ‘message rules’ can do, and in this article I’ll explain how they work and how to set up your own rules.
