doPDF is a tool that you can use to convert any printable document to a PDF file, whether it’s a Word document, image or anything else. If you can print it, doPDF can turn it into a PDF document. When installing the program, you can choose to install it as an add-in for Microsoft Office, or disable this option instead use the tool as virtual printer. Once installed, the small tool can be accessed by clicking Print in any program that can supports printing. It has a simple interface with simple to use commands. In Properties window you can select page size to use, choose the unit type for measurement (millimetres, inches, points), configure the resolution and scaling of graphics in PDF files, and set the orientation (portrait, landscape). When you create a PDF, you can set the output name and destination, set the quality options, and choose where the output file is saved to.
