Adobe’s Flash Player is one of the most widely deployed browser add-ons since it is required to view lots of different online content, such as embedded video files. It is also one of the most frequently cited web security problems, and seems to need to be constantly updated to find new security bugs that have been found in the software, and also frequently causes browser crashes.
