OpenSaveFilesView

When you work with lots of files open at the same time, it is tiring to keep track of all of them. OpenSaveFilesView makes the process easy, by allowing you to quickly see a list of all the files opened on your system. You can then save opened files directly from OpenSaveFilesView, without having to switch to the program that they are open in. The application is designed to be as easy to use as possible, as it comes with a simple graphical user interface where each of its functions are neatly displayed. The application automatically scans your computer and displays a list of all the files you have accessed via the Open or Save dialogue boxes in Windows, and you can view the full path for each file, along with its extension and file size.
