BS Picture is a small and useful image viewer that includes all the features necessary not only to display any image but also to convert and edit it. The program includes support for over thirty formats including most popular: JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, PPM, PSD and IMG. The editing options allow you to resize the photo, crop images, or even manipulate them by applying effects or reversing the image.
