ImgBurn is a lightweight CD, DVD, HD DVD and Blu-ray disc burning application that everyone should have in their toolkit. It offers several ‘modes’, within which a variety of tasks can be performed. These include ‘Read’, enabling you to save the content of a disc to an image file; ‘Build’, allowing you to create and burn an image file from files on your PC or network and ‘Verify’, which lets you check that a disc is readable. It is simple enough to be used straight away but at the same time is configurable enough to appeal to advanced users.
