Remembering all of the essential maintenance steps that you need to perform to keep your PC healthy is a nightmare. From running your disk defragmenter and scandisk utilities to automatically cleaning up your hard drive, the duties of a Windows user are many and various. Whats more, forgetting to perform these tasks regularly can lead to PC problems and crashes. A lot of the headaches of PC maintenance can be cleared up with a little-used function present in all versions of Windows, called the Scheduled Tasks utility. The utility allows you to schedule programs to be automatically run by Windows at specified intervals, meaning that all of your important system maintenance tasks can be automatically taken care of by Windows, and need never be forgotten again.
